I think you have to use a Magic Lens on the Third form of the final boss in Tales of Vesperia in order to complete the Monster Book. Other then that I believe you’re right, it’s retarded to collect all the Fel Arms since they never get any better and there are far superior weapons all over the end stages of the game..
